telephone, or email to all registered customers or registered users.
You are a registered customer if your machine was purchased directly
from Aqueous Technologies or an authorized distributor. If
your machine was not purchased directly from Aqueous Technologies or
an authorized distributor, you will need to become a registered
user. Information on how to become a reregistered user is

Aqueous Technologies service
staff are here to ensure the proper operation of your machine. If
you are in need of service or process advice, we are pleased to offer
two options:

Call our customer
service department at (909) 944-7771 (press option # 4). A
member of our service staff will be happy to assist you. When
you reach our service staff, please have the following information
available:
- Equipment model number
- Equipment serial number
Our customer service staff will either handle your request
immediately or may issue a trouble ticket and refer you to the
service engineer on duty. In an effort to provide outstanding
service, Aqueous Technologies provides an automated trouble-ticket
tracking system, allowing its customers to view the progress of a
trouble ticket. If a trouble ticket is issued, you will
receive an immediate email indicating the trouble ticket number and
a link to view its progress.
