Aqueous Technologies is pleased to provide technical support via our online technical support center to all registered customers or registered users. You are a registered customer if your machine was purchased directly from Aqueous Technologies or an authorized distributor. If your machine was not purchased directly from Aqueous Technologies or an authorized distributor, you will need to become a registered user. Aqueous Technologies service staff are here to ensure the proper operation of your Aqueous Technologies' product. If you are in need of service or process advice, you may request a service technician contact you by completing the online Service Request form. Immediately after submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email with your case number. You will receive a response within 30 minutes (if your response was received within our normal business hours).
