Technical Support Charges

Aqueous Technologies provides complementary unlimited online technical support for Aqueous Technologies' products to registered customers.

Aqueous Technologies provides factory and onsite evaluation, support, and repair of Aqueous Technologies' products on a fee-based basis.

Onsite Service

SERVICE CALL (excluding Southern California) Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.	United States and Canada $1,800 * International $2,800 *	Includes: First 8 hours of service time plus round trip travel time. Does Not Include: Air fare (billed at actual cost), additional hours (beyond first 8 hours), or parts used during the service call.
SERVICE CALL (Southern California) Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.	SoCal $600	Includes: First 4 hours of service time plus round trip travel time. Does Not Include: Additional hours (beyond first 4 hours), or parts used during the service call.
ADDITIONAL HOURS Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and subject to technician discretion after eight hours including travel time.	$150/hour **
AFTER HOURS Between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.	$200/hour **
* Price includes expenses including lodging, car rental, and meal expenses for Service Technician. Airfare (billed at actual cost) is not included.
** Additional days will be billed at hourly rate plus $200 per day for expenses including lodging, car rental, and meal expenses for Service Technician.

Evaluations
Rates Structure	Rates	Details
Aqueous Technologies provides a product evaluation service whereby customers may send in Aqueous Technologies' products for evaluation. A trained service technician will provide both visual and functional inspection of equipment. A detailed report and repair quotation (if applicable) will be provided.	$ 500.00 flat rate	Includes: Complete visual and functional inspection of equipment, service technician's inspection report, and estimate of repair (if applicable).
