SonicOne G3 is the flagship of Aqueous Technologies’ stencil
cleaning lineup. SonicOne G3 features ultrasonic technology, the
technology of choice for safe and effective solder paste and
adhesive removal. Completely automatic, SonicOne G3 can be
configured to provide wash,
rinse, and dry functions at the touch of a button. It’s
built-in CPU control system allows easy programming and access
to multiple recipes. SonicOne G3 is among the most ergonomically
designed stencil cleaners available today. The stencil
transport shuttle travels to an operator-friendly (ergonomically
correct) low-height position for
easy loading and unloading. The shuttle then transports the stencils to the
wash, rinse, and dry sections of the machine without operator
interaction. High lifting and low bending are eliminated,
ensuring a safe operator experience.
SonicOne G3 is equipped with the
industry's first self-cleaning wash and rinse tanks. A
unique (patent pending) self-cleaning tank design automatically
removes solder paste and places it into a self-contained (no
contact) filter. Maintenance personnel change the filters
by simply unplugging a quick-disconnect filter and plugging in a
new one. There is no contact with fluid or solder paste.
SonicOne G3 is also equipped with
a self-clamping mechanism allowing an operator to simply insert
a stencil into the carriage and press the start button.
The carriage automatically clamps the stencil frame into place
and automatically releases it at the end of the cycle.
Adding chemicals to SonicOne G3
is easy. Simply open the chemical filler spout cap and
pour in the desired volume of chemical. Alternatively,
SonicOne G3 is available with an optional Chemical Management
System, allowing one-button chemical dosing and mixing.
SonicOne G3 is equipped with a
wash solution heating system for compatibility with a variety of
chemical additives and applications.

SonicOne is equipped with so many standard features; there are

Low Operational Costs
SonicOne is equipped with an
internal wash-solution recycler. Wash solution is automatically
filtered and reused providing maximum chemical life and low
chemical costs.
Ultrasonic Power, Ultrasonic Safety
SonicOne harnesses the cleaning power of
ultrasonic energy. Ultrasonics produces powerful, yet
non-destructive energy, which is directed toward a cleaning
target. Ultrasonic energy is gentle enough not to damage
delicate parts, but is highly effective in the removal of even
dried pastes on fine-pitch stencils. SonicOne features powerful
yet safe 40 kHz ultrasonic generators and
transducers.
Control Systems
SonicOne is completely controlled via and built-in computer
controller. All wash, rinse and dry functions are fully
programmable and recallable. Multiple user-defined program
memories allow for instant storage and recall of process
parameters.
Warranty
SonicOne is equipped with one of the best warranties in the
business. Transducers: Ten-year warranty against de-bonding
Generator: Two year warranty against failure.

Ultrasonic

un-reflowed solder paste and uncured adhesives from stencils, screens,
and misprints. Unlike other technologies that can damage delicate
stencils, ultrasonic energy is gentle enough not to damage delicate
parts, but is highly effective in the removal of even dried pastes on
fine-pitch stencils.
