Aqueous Technologies defluxing equipment is capable of removing all flux types (RMA, No-Clean, Water Soluble) from any type of assembly soldered with any type of alloy (lead-free or eutectic).  From a few assemblies to a few thousand assemblies, Aqueous Technologies provides thorough cleaning / defluxing and cleanliness testing services.

Unlike other companies that only charge by the board, Aqueous Technologies charges either by the board or by the hour.  That’s good for our customers because Aqueous Technologies’ defluxing equipment are among the fastest machines available.  Regardless if charges are based by the board or by the hour, the price is fully inclusive.  DI water, defluxing chemicals, and all labor is included in the price.  Need your boards cleaned in a hurry?  Aqueous Technologies offers same-day-service at no additional charge. 

All defluxing services include sampled military and IPC-approved cleanliness testing utilizing a Resistivity of Solvent Extract (ROSE) tester at no additional charge).
