If you did not purchase equipment directly from Aqueous Technologies or from an authorized distributor, you can still obtain support. Simply complete our used product registration form (there’s no charge for that), then choose a support plan that best suits your needs.
In-Factory Support Plans:
- Unlimited support on registered product: $ 995.00 per registered product
- 30 Days of support: $495.00
- By the hour support: $75.00 per hour (rounded to the nearest 15 minute increment)
In-Field Service Rates (registered customers only):
If air travel is required: Call for pricing.
- (Fully Inclusive -- Includes up to eight hours of service and all travel-related expenses)
If air travel is not required: $600 for up to four hours of onsite time. No charge for travel time.
Additional hourly rates: $150 / hour
