Trident Automatic Defluxing and Cleanliness
Testing System is designed to remove all flux
types including all Rosin, Water Soluble (OA),
and No-Clean. Trident is compatible with both
eutectic and lead-free flux residues.
Trident is
completely automatic, performing wash, rinse,
cleanliness testing, drying, and statistical
process control data logging all at the push of
a button. Simply program a desired
cleanliness level and let Trident do the rest.
The C3 ionic cleanliness tester is unique from
other contamination testers on the market.
It is the first tester to examine contamination
in a localized area of a PCB assembly. By
looking at a localized area of 0.1 in2,
the C3 ionic cleanliness tester provides
immediate feedback as to whether or not the area
is ionically 'clean' or 'dirty'. The
localized testing format of the C3 allows users
to look at specific components or areas of
circuitry that are particularly sensitive and
prone to performance issues.
C3
is the only cleanliness testing method capable
of determining where a contaminant is, the level
of contamination, and what the contamination is.
C3 collects and stores samples of the extracted
contaminant. The stored sample may be sent to
the Forsite laboratory for identification via
Ion
Chromatography (for an added fee).
How clean
is clean? The Zero-Ion Cleanliness Testing
System will show you! In just minutes, the
Zero-Ion performs precise cleanliness tests that
meet military and commercial cleanliness testing
standards.
Specifically cited in MIL-2000A
as an approved method of determining the
cleanliness of circuit assemblies (mil
equivalency factor of 3.7 micrograms/square),
the Zero Ion is one of the most popular testers
available.

All
cleaning systems ending in 'ZD' are equipped
with the Model E101 evaporator. Aqueous
Technologies' E101 evaporator provides an
impressive 13 GPH evaporation rate. The
E101 is equipped with a large 136 gallon
capacity holding tank, multiple status
indicators, sight glass, and a corrosion
resistant fully insulated stainless steel
evaporation tank.
The
E101 evaporator is designed to be connected to
the discharge of batch-format defluxing or
stencil cleaning systems to provide a
zero-discharge environment. The E101 is equipped
with a communication connector that signals the
cleaning system if the evaporator is full.
