Ultrasonic Stencil and Mis-Print Cleaning
StencilWasher utilizes precisely targeted sound waves for a safe and effective means of removing non-reflowed solder pastes and uncured adhesives from stencils, screens and misprints. Available in three models, these systems can be configured to match specific application and discharge requirements.
Stencilwasher's semi-automatic operation provides a level of process control above hand cleaning. Programmable digital wash cycle timers and rinse/air wands create an easy-to-operate and repeatable cleaning experience in compliance with IPC 7526.
Effectively cleaning stencils is a proven process to reduce the occurrence of misprinted assemblies. Multiple side-mounted transducers direct a focused sweeping frequency onto the surface and into stencil apertures providing repeatable results to keep the flow of assemblies through production yields.
